May Progress Update!
1st of May 2026 - Written by Adrian TThis month, we wanted to showcase two tattoo removal progress examples to give a better idea of how tattoos can gradually fade over time with consistent treatments, proper spacing between sessions, and good healing throughout the process.
At Uninked, the goal is never to rush the process. Proper spacing between sessions allows the body enough time to naturally clear the fragmented ink while keeping the skin in good condition throughout healing.
This first example shows noticeable fading after 4 sessions. Fine line tattoos and lighter saturation can sometimes respond faster, especially when treatments are spaced correctly and the skin heals well between sessions.
Progress like this is built gradually over time, not in a single appointment.
This second example also shows the progress possible after 4 sessions, while highlighting how different areas of the tattoo may respond at different rates. Certain sections can hold ink more stubbornly depending on how the tattoo was originally applied.
Tattoo removal is not an overnight process, but consistent treatments over time can create significant long term results while maintaining healthy skin.
In both of these examples, you can see a strong reduction in overall ink density and contrast compared to where the tattoos originally started. The darker, heavier areas have already begun breaking apart, while lighter sections are continuing to fade gradually between sessions.
The first tattoo has responded particularly well through the finer lines and less saturated sections, showing more even fading across the piece. The second example highlights how larger and more heavily packed areas of ink can still make solid progress over time, even though certain sections naturally hold ink more stubbornly.
Progress like this comes from consistency, proper spacing between treatments, and allowing the body enough time to heal and clear the fragmented ink naturally.
